Made-to-Order Products

All Find Your Awesome apparel is printed on demand after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Changing your mind after purchasing

  • Personal preferences regarding fit or style

We encourage you to review the product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can generally accommodate changes or cancellations before your order enters production. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived by its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate.

Lost-package issues should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Return Instructions
